Forgot secret answer to iSecure-OTP

I was looking to change it to something else. I've tried everything I could think of and nothing seems to work. What should I do?

If you currently still have access to OTP on your device to log into your Sega ID on the JP website you can remove the OTP service from your account, then re-register and get a new Coupon Code from Sega and create a new OTP.

I had to do that because I forgot to write down my secret question and answer. It was no real problem until I built a proper gaming rig and didn't feel like firing up my older gaming laptop to login each time. So instead I logged into my Sega ID removed the OTP from my account then Re-signed up and properly wrote down everything.
