Help with Level Cap I Client Order Please?

For some reason I can't get any drops off mechs for the lillipa observation device b.
I already got the other 2 (dragonkin and native) devices, but I cant get a single drop off the mechs in the desert regions
Am I doing something wrong here or am I just bugged..:-? :-?

Solved. Wasnt doing it on hard mode for the 21+ requirement.
