IP Banned Error Message

For some reason when I try to navigate to PSOW from my mobile device, it gives me the IP address ban message.
I am not accessing wi-fi when doing so, I am on my carrier's mobile network.

I honestly don't visit the site enough to discern around when it started to happen.
