Is the Tweaker supposed to do this?

So, I grabbed the JP client via the Arks Layer website and the Tweaker from the same site. Then I ran the Tweaker, and it started to download 33k files for some reason. Did I go wrong somewhere? Or is the game just THAT big? I wish I could post images to show you guys what I mean, but I can't right now.

Did you install the JP client first before launching the tweaker to update the game since it tells you to directly link to the pso2 win32 folder?

Yep, I definitely installed the game first before running the Tweaker.

The game's initial patch after a clean install is around 20GB; the final game size ends up around 29-30GB.
