Proto Regen Gear...

I found this armor and it appears to be pretty shitty, yet its a 10 star. It says "The regeneration isn't functional" what you gotta do? Or is it just really bad.

It doesn't work. No matter what you do, you can't get it to work. Just like the name implies, it's a prototype, hence "Proto". No saving this thing... there is a fully functional one, although its a complete item itself and can be found.

You can't repair it or upgrade it with an accessory. you just have to find the regene gear seperately.

Thanks, I'm a lvl 65 HuCast(yelowboze) in ultimate caves and this is the only rare armour ive found. Where as my friend is a lvl 42 redria and has about 5 secret gears, damn him.

I'm a lvl 74 Humar (yellowboze) and I've found a lot of secret gears... Check the mines on hard/Vhard. That's where i've found mine.

When used in conjunction with a DB's saber or sword, stats for each item are increased.

The regen gear is the one that recovers hp and tp when you block an attack right? I have it and I love it. You should search for that one. If you have a lot of evasion that is.
