This website says its a ban. I haven't used any tools or outside programs to play this game other than PSO Tweaker for the english patch. I've checked online and some people say its a temporary suspension. If so, I should have an email in my inbox to unlock my account but I don't. Is there anything I can do to get my account back?

You'll need to contact Sega about the ban and what the ban was regardong it.

However, I suggest finding someone that is fluent in Japanese to help with the predicament and act on your behalf.

There are no guarantees that you'll get your account unbanned as native players have been in the sam situation.
