Haven't changed anything recently. Drivers and such are all updated. Reinstalled the game completely and hasn't fixed it either.

Couple of other things you can try:
1. Delete the SEGA/PHANTASYSTARONLINE2 folder in Documents (it stays there even when you uninstall, so if the issue is related to one of the files the game saves there, a reinstall won't fix it)
2. Move the game directory to another location.

Using any antivirus? Or any softwares that have modificative potential on system?
