How and Where can I get the Dark Flow sword.

You get it by using the item Parasitic Gene "Flow/u" on a Fully ground sword type weapon. The sword types are everywhere just pick one with really good stats, as far as the gene is concerned, there is no proven legitimate way to get it yet. There have been reports, confirmed to PSOW by JP players, that it dropped from Olga Flow in a Ult Oran game. No one really knows where it comes from thought. It has low ATA, thus a high hit sword is recomended, and it has no combo. It is only a one hit weapon.

I agree with the above stuff, but it can be good to carry if you find yourself with really low HP often. It's special attack works then and is it cool.
