i just have a few questions reguarding defensive items. i would like to know (or get suggestions) on what the best defense items for forces are and what the best shields are. also, i was wondering about items like rico's glasses. i came across rico's glasses in trade once, but i passed on them because i didn't know if i could equip them along with my barrier and frame and they don't add that much to my def and evasion.
