installing crashing

Trying to install pso2 with the tweeker, it gets around 14.34gb/28.80gb downloaded then it gaves me a error log and the forum popup. I tryed to do a scan for deleted or empty files and it detects like 4 empty files and then the rest all missing. when i tryed add the missing files it installed like 4 of the files then again error. heres the error report i got pastebin.com/WNS6myQV

Try using JP launcher to download the game for the first time.
Use tweaker later to do the patching (EN patch, etc).
