Account got reset

I was a player in PSO2-JP
then one day they said I can't longer play in Japanese server from now on because Playpark was settling a PSO2 server in SE Asia. As long as I can remember my latest log-in was in Dark Falz loser patch.
I was okay with that but this week my mate told me about the Tweaker.
I decided to download it and the game again.
I logged in to my account an hour ago and I found my account was reset. I had to create a new ID name and even my characters are lost.
anyone got problem like this or it's just me.

PS. I can create a new character with the same name as my old one, does it mean I got totally wiped ?

When the last time you played the game and how many character you have before?
EP2 give all players free second character slot.
But if it's appear that you can create 2 character still, that means your character data wiped by SEGA for some reason.

Also, from ship menu, after you enter your SEGA ID you can check login history and check your ID recent login, just to make sure that your ID isn't hijacked or something.
