I haven't played in a couple of years but I really enjoyed this game a while ago and am trying to play it again. I remember my account name and my actual birthday/name, which I used to reset my password. Unfortunately, I got an email saying (in japanese which I google translated) that the password reset failed.
Has anyone encountered similar problems? Is there any way to get around this?
I may need to start from scratch, but I'm not a fan of grinding, so I'd prefer to start with my old characters.
