817 isn't quite a full ban yet, if nothing is worth a ban over you'll get your account back automatically. 817 is a suspension.

Or it'll change to 816 if they do ban you and then you're out of luck.

How to be released from the ban ? My other friend who got the same error still banned till now , 1 year passed already and still havent got back his ID

No, 816 is the temporary suspension, 817 is the full ban.

It says its under investigation though, its in the process of becoming a full ban or not. But I'll take your word for it. I just say 816 is RIP cuz they won't talk to foreigners. May as well be perma.

it changed to 816 , hahahaha ~

Even if you do find the cause, I'm not too sure what you figure you can do about it. You would have to either call them up(not really an option) or have someone type up an explanation for you(if someone does do that be sure to thank them).


Unless you're lucky and its just a notice of xx day suspension.
