Friend is being region blocked attempting to sign up.

Attempting to sign up one of my friends just getting the Sega website telling him his region has been blocked after entering the capatcah, as far as he has told me he is American.

I thought the region block only applied to Southeast Asia? Is there any thing I can do to help him get past it?

VPN. This also means your friend will have to resort to using a VPN for connecting to the game as well. There's a built in one in the PSO2-Tweaker, or you can use Amazon-VPN's or things of the sort.

When my ISP was blocked after the DDoS (I guess, since I've started playing months after that) I used Hola! extension. It's pretty much a VPN for browser (Chrome) and it's easy to use with few clicks to turn on and off.
