What level do you think a character needs to be to take on the ruins by himself in offline mode?

36, at that level you should have no problem at all. I beat Dark Falz at level 22 with a HUmar offline. I beat him at level 17 with a HUmar with level 200 mag (20/110/20/50). You should destroy him.
