please help about to throw pc out window

I've been trying to get pso2 to work all day and I've got the Sega id but when i try to get it to log in and finish the registration for pso all i get is the password and Sega id the captcha doesn't display but is still there and i have no idea what to do somebody please help.

Well it's going to become water cooled because it's going into my pool.
