I have NO sound, Sega logo or any other logo doesn't show up. Client is still in "stutter mode" and i cannot see my characters at log in screen; everything is low detail too. I updated almost everything; i assume i have to do the giant update thing (check for old/new files?) I have never had this problem before since the whole Np1013 thing

Your situation is the same as mine, no sound or logo appears. But in my case it is the proxy plugin who causes it (Since I manage to open the game without the proxy plugin, but with the proxy plugin I get stuck before the logos appear).

I don't really know a fix for it, if you're not region blocked, just disable the proxy plugin and you should be fine, but if your region is blocked, you'd need someone to send you a functional proxy plugin, since yours and mine are glitching and causing the eternal black screen before the logos.
