Infinite Tunnel

So I have recently had to fix my PSO2 with all the issues from GG to the Tweaker. I fixed by myself, after getting all the patches and updates put out, getting the game window to finally launch and up till character selection. Now i'm kinda stuck in the infinite tunnel that will not let me get past it so I can get going on what I missed out for days.

Can I get any ideas or suggestions?

This issue is typically either resolved by uninstalling the English patches or by doing a file check.
