HP materials...count towards max mats?

I know that you can only have so many materials with one character. And when I was looking at how many, HP mats never showed up for the total count. Does that mean that I could have as many of them as I want? I am a FOrce, so I know how important it is to get as many DEF and MIND mats as possible, so I don't want to have their space taken up my a HP mat that doesn't do much...
Please help!

Nope HP mats are seperate.

Humans can use 250 non HP mats
Newmans and Driods can use 150.

Everyone gets a seperate space alloted for HP mats (i think it's 150, but it might be 125)
