UPDATE: Seemed to have tracked it down. It was either a lingering ApRadar install or the systernals process explorer. Will update again if I come accross anything else.
I just finished setting up and patching everything yesterday. Ran into a couple of issues but got them sorted. I was able to the character creation screen but after about 2 minutes I get an NP1013 pop-up.
System is running on Win7, tweaker 3.0.7.0. Currently full JP install with no patches(I think). Last attemp was using the JP launcher so it overwrote the files from my understanding.
I did reading on this forum and others about possible fixes and will list the things i have tried below with various combinations.
Ran as admin/normal
Made sure only one instance of tweaker was running/downloaded
Made sure all tweaker files reside in the same folder.
Made sure no FPS or other overlay applications were running.
Closed all other programs.
Made sure the folders/exe are whitelisted
Ran check for updates (new and old)
Ran check for deleted/empty
Ran check for old/missing
Re-downloaded tweaker
Ran fix GG errors
Ran from JP launcher
Used batch file from last week
Any other info or things to try would be greatly appreciated.
