Tweaker not loading correctly solved

I recently signed up and downloaded pso2 and then got tweaker loading pso2 bin file to it like i was told from some videos i watched. I have net framework 4 on my pc and up to date. I did get a download bar but when it comes to where where the tweaker launcher should open all i get is a blank white window of nothingness. I tried running it as administrator. The file is moved to c drive program files. I tried cleaning keys and redoing. Which i can reset for clicking pso file locating but then the same thing. I have no idea what is keeping it from working. I right click and ran a check for compatability which is fine. So anyone got a idea what this issue is?

update checked my log and its got the error M ERROR - Font 'Tahoma' does not support style 'Regular'.

i reinstalled tahoma regular font and its working
