Computer windows 7 ultimate . I installed Pso2 computer. I installed the patch and English . I get an error . Error name Np1002 . Somebody help me please..:-?

What is the state of DEP (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Change-Data-Execution-Prevention-settings?SignedIn=1) on your system?

Are all the Windows updates applied? did you hide any updates?

Where Anti-Virus do you have installed? Is it up to date?

Do you exclude the PSO2 folder from the AV's realtime scan?

if all else fails, find the GameGuard folder inside the PSO2 folder, delete any files that are "ERL", they are the error logs files for GameGuard

reboot and run PSO2 as soon as you can
Zip and upload the new ERL files to Dropbox/Google Drive/MEGA/SendSpace
So I can see why GG going crazy on your system.

hi, i got these problem too, and can you explained about DEP? i able to play this game long before without doing DEP, and when ep4 came i encountered that too...
