Tweaker Patch Stopping and Can't Fix files [Solved]

Whenver I try to download the patch, it starts than it stops. I checked the old and missing files twice and it gives me an error log. I can't post the log files in here. It says
"To be able to post links or images your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
Please remove links from your message, then you will be able to submit your post." even
if there is no link in the actual raw paste.

just use the official launcher for downloading/checking files, i had issues too on ep4 launch, used the official launcher to fix the files and then used tweaker to install the english patches
