One of my friends was wondering if the Hunter's License expires exactly when it says, or if it has a delay period.

It's pretty dead on,i check the date when i log on and it always automatically renews for me right on the date it expires.

I think it's dead on too. However, be forwarned that while it will renew on day it expires, if you wish to cancel your HL for that particular month (or indefinately, whatever) you WILL need to do it 7 days before the date that shows on screen.
