PARTS OF ROBOCHAO
To use it have 2 Stats that are GREATER THAN 70 (ie. 5/70/70/0) on a mag. As long as that mag is not a rare mag (name in yellow) you can use the cell on it.

HEART OF DEVIL
To use this one you need to have a mag that's level 100 or greater. Combine your cell with the mag and you will get Devil Wings. No androids.
