hi, recently i been playing wand te/br to use it as a sub for my FO class, and i really enjoying the gameplay of wand techer xD
however im also a lover of compound techs so i was wondering if there is any viable hybrid build for wand techs that allows me to do considerablely good in both sides? say, wand whacking for mobing and techs/compound for single target/bossing/falz family?

That would be Te/Br, Attack Advance and Weak Stance's 63% on compounds is pretty hard to beat.

what about something like this? http://arks-layer.com/skillsim/skillcalc.php?11yIbxIobxIobxIobxIobxIobxIobxIobxIo 0jdodBIb000000000doIn0000000jdoib0000000fdo0000000 Io00000007odAidfqnDsInsNcKJIcA000000IOqB4NGAI2jJkI k000000doIb0000000j
maxing light and dark masteries for single target teching, and fill the half first half of barantsion and fomelgion
what i dunno is since i would be lacking charge PP revival from the FO tree, PP convert would be that usefull or just dump its points into shifta advance/strike and leave PP restorate for better passive PP regen
what would my bossing weapon be? a light/dark elysion?

There are a lot of things wrong with the skill tree you provided
If you are using Weak Stance you should always be matching elements whether with your wand smacks or technics
Always max shifta strike, only 5 points are needed in shfta advance, and you can ignore shifta critical ,no need to put points into Resta advance
If you are going wand smack techer your skill tree NEEDS to have at least these http://arks-layer.com/skillsim/skillcalc.php?11yIbxIobxIobxIobxIobxIobxIobxIobxIo 0jdodBdodBIb000000000doIn0000000jdoib0000000fdo000 0000Io00000000fdBdAidrBqnI2InsNIk7n000006doIo4Ni2j cKIklb00000jdoIb0000000lo000000j

Here's what I was rolling with for quite some time, probably since attack advance came out.
http://arks-layer.com/skillsim/skillcalc.php?11yIbxIobxIobxIobxIobxIobxIobxIobxIo 08dodBIb000000000doIn0000000jdoib0000000fdo0000000 Io00000000fdBdAidrBqodsdBsTcKGNgNIndA000006dOqB4NG AI2rAI2cKIklb00000jdoIb0000000lo000000j
This is for utilizing bow and trying to deal at least somewhat decent light and dark damage with banish, while maintaining wand smack focus. Braver tree honestly has too many points for it to matter with techer.

The recommended tree looks somewhat like this (http://arks-layer.com/skillsim/skillcalc.php?11yIbxIobxIobxIobxIobxIobxIobxIobxIo 08dodBIb000000000doIn0000000jdoib0000000fdo0000000 Io00000000fdBdAidIbqnGFdBsXIkGAcAin000006dOqB4Nisr AI2cKrKlb00000jdoIb0000000lo000000j), for maximum DPS possible.
Gameplay: Zondeel > Snatch JA smack with element matching wand(s) and Banish > Snatch JA Ragrants/Ilbarta/Nazan/Gimegid (depend on tree/element) with Rikauteri.
You'll do a lot of Snatch JA for safety purpose when smacking (no MH for ya) and PP recover between tech casts under PP Convert.
Extreme brain wreck when couple with Ilbarta (Snatch JA 4x uncharged Ilbarta > Snatch JA Banish > Snatch JA charged>uncharged>charged Ilbarta), so well, good luck
