Anything on here that I shouldn't take?

Some of those skills, particularly the main class only ones depend entirely on how many skill trees you have, or what sort of builds you're going for for if they're valuable or not. I guess attack advanced. Just reversal cover/pp gain are pretty bad though, especially the later. Attack advanced is really only useful for specific weapons, none of which are Katana.

Besides the Te tree, these should be the minimal.

Being able to get additional trees of a class would result in changes to some of them. As far as compromise for using one tree only to play multiple classes, I guess.

I can only give you opinions on HU/FI/RA/GU. Here's a more basic core build (http://arks-layer.com/skillsim/skillcalc.php?11fbxIobxIobxIobxIobxIobxIobxIobxIob xIo0jdodBIbl2Ib0JksNI20000006doInI2bndAbofJkesHoln 00000fdoibIdlocAfdKJIdKdn00000fdold2OgXqqqnHXI2dnI 200009o00000000ioIn00000000IbIo0000000jdoIb0000000 lo000000j).

Differences from yours:
HU: you don't need All Guard, Charge Parrying. You fill in gears according to your playstyle. I feel Massive Hunter is a must, but that's just my opinion.

FI: Deadline/Halfline don't need to be maxed. Fill in weapon gears as needed. Consider investing in the Crazy branch. Tech Arts is a must.

RA: Drop Massive Bullet. Take at least 1 point in Weak Hit Blast Bonus.

GU: Max Perfect Keeper. Drop TMG Charge. Max High Time. Invest in Showtime tree -> Showtime (2), Showtime Star (3-5), One More time (1).

I've gotten hit many times due to improper positioning of just guard and charging skills and even died on multiple occasions, but it hasn't gotten to the point where I regret not taking them and go "zomg must get."

Buttttt, that's not the point of this thread. It's just giving core necessities and OP or whoever can fill in the blanks.

All Guard is like core Hunter main skill considering it's one SP. You can argue that you can just turn to the enemy and then guard, but there are many times when I need to aim the PA at the weakpoint without caring that the enemy attack is coming from behind. For Train Ghidoran when you are near his feet you will need to aim Ignite away from him to hit the weakpoints.

Charge Parrying is also core skill unless you are the WL kind of guy. You can at least double DPP of a lot of your PAs by using it. Considering you need to time it to JA and enemy attacks more points isn't a waste. You could whine that you can just use Ignite instead, but TAJA is a thing and it makes many mobbing setups more efficient and safer with Nova Strike.

I don't quite get how Massive Hunter is more important than those in any way considering it costs even more SP and I see it useful for Partizan max. Wired Lances have too much super armor or iframes with Hfall. Sword only really lacks super armor on charges but then you can just take charge parrying and regain PP and HP instead of losing it.
