In-Game Windows Filling Entire Screen

Every Windows including the chat, mag, equip etc. fills the entire screen and I can't resize them. Is there a way to fix this?

Do not, or should i say NEVER use NVIDIA Game optimization setting.
It'll mess with your settings.

To fix this problem, delete "user.pso2" file inside MyDocuments/SEGA/PHANTASYSTARONLIE2/
and then run JP launcher to get new config file.

Doing so will potentially revert all EN patch you applied, so be careful and prepared before doing so.
Few settings that tied to the user configuration file will be reverted into it's default state, so don't forget to readjust everything before launching the game.

Thanks! I figured The nvidia optimization feature was the cause of it since i didn't have the problem before trying out its optimization settings
