cant create a sega id

i have tryed many times but it will not let me go to the forth step of the process i was hoping i could find someone to make me one. i know this requires a new email address but i really need help.

Asking someone to make an account for you is the against the rules here, for identity and security reasons.
As to the fourth step, that has actually changed from what is in most guides. All you need to do is go here (https://mcha.isao.net/profile_oem/OEMLogin.php?product_name=pso2&p_siteno=), and accept the ToS.

If you are using the Tweaker, hit the orb, then go to PSO2 Options to adjust that. If you plan to alt+tab regularly, it is recommended you use Virtual Fullscreen since regular fullscreen crashes when you alt+tab.

hey wonder if anyone can help me trying to setup a sega id i can get past the kamachi boss part but when i hit the register button i get 500 internal error.. i already changed my browser setting to ja-jp so im lost?

using google chrome maybe i didnt setup the languages to ja-jp correctly?
