Error Updating 3.0.7.1

Hey guys,
since i need to update the tweaker i cant play anymore , if i try to update my tweaker it
says "no respond" and i need to close it.
Anyone know how to fix it maybe? :-?

you are not along, it seems the update files on the web site is corupted, please if anyone from admin is reading this, please repair the corrupted files that is coming from the arks layer web site, thank you in ad vance.
