Texture bug

Hi, I just started this game yesterday, was quite a pain to make it work but it's all working now. Anyway's the only problem I'm having is there is a weird texture bug when I'm doing missions, everything looks like squares with the texture on them, I've tried everything to fix it but still nothing.

Does anyone know how to fix this? :(

Also I can't seem to screenshot since it just becomes black when pasting it. :-?

Screenshots are saved to "Documents/SEGA/PHANTASYSTARONLINE2/pictures".
As to this bug, it has been brought up before (http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?t=231974), but there doesn't seem to be a real fix aside from lowering your shader settings (In the Tweaker, hit the orb, PSO2 Options, and change Shader Quality to simple).

I had this problem before. So about 2 weeks ago i decided to reinstall the game.

I resetted Tweaker's setting, delete the game folder, and use Tweaker to download the game, then update the game with Official launcher. And it's gone.
