Tweaker Install Bug

so basically i was installing pso2 through the tweaker. i got to the point that it had maybe like 8-10gb left and my internet disconnected. the download number continued to go up at fast speeds even though i had no internet connection. now whenever i open the tweaker it comes up with this:

how do i install the stuff that says not installed

English patches must be installed from the Orb Menu>Install/Update Patches, and the Item patch must be enabled from the Plugins button.
If you want to make sure the game updated properly (before installing any English patches), run a filecheck, either by selecting "Check for PSO2 Update" (the one without New Method) or by going into Troubleshooting and using "Check for Old/Missing files."
