So my account got locked out from unsuccessfully entering my OTP consecutively. I have correctly entered my OTP as it was shown on the app, but the system keeps telling me its not correct. Do I have to contact support now?

Which OTP are you using?
If you are using the Google one, you have to go through SEGA; if you are using the Secure OTP one, you can usually just send them an email.
