PSO2es can't buy premium

I bought premium a long time ago and then quit the game, I recently came back and wanted to buy premium for pso2 so I went through bluestacks and pso2es to try and buy premium. When I go to the shop in pso2es the premium set 30,60,90,1 day(s) are all grey and wont let me click on them if I remember right I'm supposed to be able to then it charges me.

I'm unsure how it works to buy prem from within es, but I just buy the needed AC with es (not prem or anything else, just the AC), then enter the PC version of pso2 and buy prem with that AC from there.

I think you are at 'プレミアムセット使用 (Use Premium Set)' menu that for using your premium ticket from character inventory.
If you want to buy one, you need to go 'ACショップ (AC Shop)' to buy one.
Or just bought from PC version like ShinMegamiSensei said.
