Cant send items to storage

I could really use some help, no matter how I try I cant send items to character or basic storage. Never gives me the menu instead each time i go over a item a gold/yellow box goes around each item i pass over. Reminds of select all from computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are you using to play the game, a controller or K&M?

Thanks, did what you said and fixed the problem, but i'm having to use charging cable now. Do you know if there is a fix for using Xbox one controller wireless adapter?

A little further down in that same thread, noobcombo posted a workaround. The gist of it is to disable the right trigger's function in PSO2, then to use an external program to make the trigger emulate a keyboard press.
