Coming back to the game on PS4

Haven't played the game in around 7 to 8 months I found a menu guide that wasn't fully updated with all the menus. Wondering if there is a current guide Also will I be able to connect my current PSO2 account to the PS4?

If you have played PSO2 on the Vita version it will automatically connect so long as it is the same PSN account you used to play it on the Vita version. If you haven't you still can connect to the game by putting in your account details when you first log in.
