i have a HUmar that i'm trying to breack the seal on the sealed J-sword but i want to give the sword to my HUnewearl but will the kills still stay or do i have to over from the beging?

If the Sword has evolved, then it will stay evolved. If not...Well, the only one who would know is Barubary, since, if the sealed sword evolves after a number of kills, the numerical value would be stored either on the item data or on the character. If on the item, feel free to swap. On the person, it's stuck with your HuMar until it's changed.
