Error 751

so everytime i try to link my PSN with my Sega ID i keep getting sent to another window and it wants me to type something in.

Whenever i type something and try to continue i get Error 751. Anyone know how to get passed this?

Ohhh I remember the top screen. Yeah, that's not asking for your Sega ID. It's asking for the email confirmation code sent to the email of the Sega ID to give permission to link to your PSN. It's not asking for your Sega ID again. This action is final and you won't be able to change your PSN if you agree to do this.

Error 751 is basically telling you "why are you inputting random words that isn't the email verification code we sent you?"

If for some reason that code expires or you never got it, on the first message prompt asking for the code, hit the very bottom field to resend another email.

i had tried that but it gave me error 750 instead :(


Also forgot to mention I'm trying to link it to PS4. Not sure if that makes a difference though.

Error 750 wants you to complete the login process with the authentication key. Check your email. Did you get any new messages?

I've never gotten any new messsages which is what is confusing me. I've tried a few times and I still don't get an email with the code

Weird. Well go back to the first menu with the email code.

Hit that button that's circled in red. If you don't receive an email within a few seconds, check your spam folder. Look for a new email from Sega that looks like the one I posted with the chicken.

When you get that email, input the code into the field and then hit the top left button above that circled red resend.

Still didn't get an email unfortunately. It's not in spam either

Are you sure you entered the Sega ID correctly? And are you sure that is the email address connected to that Sega ID?

Yessir, I can still access it on the PC and everything else. I'm just not getting the code for some reason :|

Worst case scenerio i might have to make a new one and start over.

Could be. I've searched around and it looks like people with aol email never get theirs. Others get the email 10 or so minutes later. I guess it just depends.
