The Tsumi has a bad ass special. I used it on accident a few times, but I wanna know how it is actually pulled off. Anybody know?

You have to have 20+ on your PB Meter.

No. If your Pb gauge is full you can just attack more while the PB drops. If your bar is full and you swing once you'll give the same amount of damage as an attack with just 20 PB. No matter what, when you use the special, it will drain your PB bar all the way, but you can keep using the special (like a normal combo) until the bar is drained. When your bar is at 80 or so you can combo 3 of the explosions together.
