Mag question

if i had i mag with 10Def,30Pow,30Ata and 10Mst would it turn into a Rati or does it have to be at lvl 100?

Pow and Def have to be equal to Dex and Mind
Example you could have.
9 Def
41 Pow
35 Dex
5 Mind

That doesn't add up to 100
So if it was 10,40,40,10 it would be a Rati?

It's level 100 or any multiple of 10 afterwards, so even if you have a 40 50 40 50, you can get an EP 2 mag.
