PSO2es Graphical Bug

I don't know if anybody else has had an issue like this before but when I first downloaded es my character model looked fine. After a couple of months though it started having this graphical glitch where my head is missing and if I have accessories, they are attached to my foot. Anyone have any suggestions? I've tried installing the game again but that did nothing. Here's a picture for reference.

Hit the data restore button on the title screen in the lower left corner. This will revert the game to stability, but effectively deletes any downloaded data you've done, so you'll have to do that again (if you did it before).
