I'm just wondering, when you choose to recreate a character do you lose everything you earned or what exactly happens?

If your looking to change the characters style, you can change the hair and the costume using the dressing room mode, by holding 10k meseta in your inventory u can select it in single player. I hope this is what you are trying to acomplish
