I need to put up my ATA...how?

I am a humar lvl 28 and i want to use rares i cannot. I need to put up ATA but dunno which precise items i need...i tried with my mag (PIAN), with 2 elf/arm + and ++ but i need 4 more points to use my INFERNO BAZOOKA. Is there any powerful elf, god ore ogre ability that put it up?

There's God/Arm++ and hit material. I have some hit material to spare if you want it. I'm maxxed at 121 ATA *sigh* Can't even use the stupid Justice Vice.
