Xynder writes, "The highly informative gaming site, Gamers.com, has some new info regarding PSO and its compatibility with the Broadband Adapter: "Contrary to multiple reports and official company statements, Phantasy Star Online for the Dreamcast is compatible with the broadband adapter. We have played the U.S. version of Phantasy Star Online with a U.S. broadband adapter and it worked fine. The broadband adapter is not officially supported, meaning Sega will take no responsibility for lost character data, poor connections and/or interruptions that occur when using the broadband adapter, but all the same, it still can be used. If we have yet to make this perfectly clear to all of you out there who have access to a broadband connection (all less than 10% of you), Phantasy Star Online does work with the broadband adapter. The one caveat is that it may not support all networks (supposedly this is the reason why it is not officially supported)." All I can say is, heck yeah! "
nifty :)
