You can find the information on setting up an account with Dricas @ http://superspecialed.tripod.com/pso.htm .. Setting up an account is free. You can purchase your Hunter's license from the offical Japanese PSO website's license purchasing page @ http://pso.dricas.ne.jp/licence.html (http://pso.dricas.ne.jp/licence.html) .. Purchasing a Hunter's license is NOT free. It generally runs $10 for 90 days of Hunting, which IMHO is very cheap.
