SEGA has setup a new patch for PSOv2 (JP). Those who already have been online and have used their serial, and try to flash reset, their serial and dricas will be deleted. This however, doesn't effect importers who havn't registered or have flash reset their DC's. Warning to importers, if you already have flashed your DC and used your serial once, don't do it again!
