I believe this is only avaliable currently for the Japanese copy of v2 (you must turn your language to japanese to download it, I believe it is the last choice on the list), since its a downloadable quest. Both mags can be "won", if the quest is played in v-hard and ultimate. I'm not sure, if the hamburger mag can be "won" in the same run.

I have a short add on for that quest..
When you go to mamak and look at the map with the walkthrough, there is a combination of the old and new one.
I checked it out.
It is only nessecary to talk to the following rappies to get one of the mags..
Look at the forest 2 map. I adress the same numbers as they are marked in that map.
Talk to the rappies in the following order:
o 1
o 2
o 7
o 2
o B
o A (attantion: this rappy offers the both mags!)
