Red poison lilley?

Ok im playing in VR temple alpha on xbox and out of no where comes a red poison lilley O_O. ok so i kill it it has 50 EXP and gives me a dragon/HP with 7 stars and gives me 40 HP . ok in all my times of playing pso ive never seen one.

That's a Nar Lilly. It's a rare enemy that replaces the normal enemys on normal, hard and very hard, on ultimate it turns into a mil lilly. If you read the drop charts you'll see that the items that the rare enemys drop tend to be really valuable, and are well worth your time hunting for them. By the way are Dragon/HPs good? Should I keep them? I found one today for about the fifth time and it is the only one I still have, all the other ones I sold because I didn't think they were very good. Should I keep the one I still have?

dragon/hps are useful but not like rare drop...
they're useful for non android players when fighting bosses.. for example: when fighting falz, pilla might kill you but then equipped with a dragon/hp might push your HP beyond the max damage of his pilla thus giving you a chance to heal up with resta

I think it's called Dark Rain or something of that nature. Don't quote me on that though.

EDIT: The Dark Falz attack, not the Nar Lilly.
