those designs were on the US version before! I'm POSITIVE i saw them :)

Actually, those lobby designs have been there since the game came out. I dunno if you tried before, but I myself did, and those lobbies did indeed have those designs beforehand. It's nothing new at all, but it is good to point it out nontheless...

They were there when the game came out? I don't think so. The only designs that were available when the game was released was:

1.) The haloween lobby

2.) Dreamcast style lobby

no, they were there, i went to every lobby a while back and saw all of those listed, the dreamcast style lobbies were only the ones after 10 or so.

I checked the lobbies 1 - 15 a little while after the game was released and those designs weren't there.

I wasn't able to get online til a few days after the release. I think after a week online I checked out the lobbies cause i heard there was s'posed to be different designs to them. I saw all the ones listed, I especially liked the one with the giant fish tank. But they were there then.

I like the Lobby 10. It looks good and I like the colors.

I think the aquarium one should have been in a blue or green colored lobby and not a purple one.

The lobbys were always this way, it just dosent show up when seasonal decorations are up (the pumpkins for halloween, the autumn trees for november) Its nothing new

That was like that BEFORE the server update. The only thing is it was changed for the halloween and fall seasons.
