"This post is for anyone who has recently lost a character due to a corrupted file. Please email our customer support team using the form in the help section. Provide as much detail as possible: exactly when did the corruption happen, where in the game did it happen, what type of memory card are you using, what type of connection (BB/modem). We would like to collect as much information as possible to resolve this issue.
Thanks for you help.

I wouldn't hold my breath on that one. Chances are they're just collecting information to try and fix the problem, not reimburse you anything. After all, anyone could purposely corrupt their character.

Yes we have got a problem...this is the second time that two of us have started characters in the game....and each time the files get corrupted....and we would have to delete the files so we could play again....is there any way to save those characters.....or make sure that does not happen again????
